BIBM appoints new President, Vice-President and Board members at General Assembly in Rome

BIBM has announced the appointment of its new leadership following the General Assembly held in Rome ahead of the BIBM Congress 2026. Mr Friedrich Gebhart of BDB, Germany, was appointed President of BIBM for the 2026–2029 mandate, succeeding Mr Stefan van Buggenhout. Mr Alberto Truzzi, CEO of Truzzi S.p.A. and former President of ASSOBETON, was appointed BIBM Vice-President. Mr Vincent Kerkstoel, Mr Dennis Mathiasen and Mr Michael Wardian were elected as BIBM Board Members, while Mr Anton Glasmaier was confirmed as Chairman of the BIBM Fire Safety Commission.
